What does “all inclusive show” and “no cut show” mean in the context of Frosh Cab?
The all–inclusive motto means that everyone who auditions gets in. In particular, with This Is Me being the theme, no matter who you are, we will cast you in the show.

If I can’t attend one of the show, can I come to a dress rehearsal?
Faculty and staff are always welcome to attend dress rehearsals, but please email Adam Brown to let him know. If you are a family/friend or student, please contact Adam Brown or the faculty advisor to make arrangements
When is the general interest meeting?
Sept 8th, 3:30
Do I have to attend the general interest meeting?
No, but it’s a great time to ask questions if you have them. if you have questions, but you cannot attend, you can email the directors/SMs at email@example.com and you can still audition.
When is the audition workshop and do I need to attend?
Sept 19th, 4:30 - 6:00, not required, but encouraged for students who do not have a lot of experience auditioning

Why do I have to audition if this is a “no cut” show?
Auditions will help the directors to get a sense of which roles, songs or dances best fit you and assist them in casting. Additionally, because everyone is cast, you can gain audition practice in a low stakes setting that will hopefully help you in future try outs.

I am a parent/guardian - how can I help with the show?
Contact stu prods about helping with food for long rehearsals, concessions - food or sales, or hosting the cast party.

How do I contact the faculty advisor?
Click here to email Ms. G. Note: we encourage most communication about the show to flow between the cast/crew and the directors and stage managers, however, parents may feel free to contact the faculty advisor directly with concerns.
My child will be late to or miss rehearsal, what should I do?
Your child should report their tardiness or absence to the stage managers, however, if there is an emergency and they are unable to do so, you may contact the stage managers at the froshcab16 email
What happens if my child misses repeated rehearsals?
infrequent absences for legitimate reasons are allowable early in the process. As we progress, attendance becomes more and more critical. Initial absences will be addressed by the directors or stage managers directly with the student. Subsequent absences will include conversation about continued participation that includes both the faculty advisor and parent(s)/guardian(s).

A student told me they could not meet with me because of their Frosh Cab rehearsal/meeting, what should I do?
Required Frosh Cab meetings and rehearsals are never scheduled during X blocks, so students should be able to meet with you during these times. If you need to meet with a student during another time, please contact the faculty advisor who will work with the SMs to make sure the student is available. If you need to meet with them unexpectedly on short notice, please write the student a pass to return to rehearsal/meeting to show that they were with you.
I have an academic or other concern about a student in Frosh Cab, what should I do?
Contact the faculty advisor (if it is a small concern that can hopefully be resolved in the short term; if it is a larger concern, contact the student’s housemaster, guidance counselor, AND the faculty advisor, who will all work together with you to help support the student.)
